Health & Safety Policy
The Management of Hard Anodising Surface Treatments Ltd are committed to providing effective Health and safety for all within every aspect of its business.
We are committed to the prevention of injury and ill health and continual improvement in our OH&S performance through adherence to out Integrated Management system and improvement programmes resulting from review and analysis of data generated through our systems.
It is the Company's intention that its work will be carried out in accordance with this Policy, with all reasonably practicable measures taken to avoid harm to its employees or others who may be affected by its activities. To that end, Hard Anodising Surface Treatments Ltd will provide and maintain a safe place of work, safe plant and equipment and safe systems of work.
Hard Anodising Surface Treatments Ltd will ensure that its employees and sub-contractors are competent and will provide the appropriate information, instruction, training and supervision in order for them to carry out their roles safely.
Managers and Supervisors have responsibility for implementing this Policy throughout the Company and must ensure that Health, Safety and Welfare considerations are always given priority in the planning, execution and day-to-day supervision of work.
The Director has the responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Health & Safety Policy. The Management Representative, with the approval of the Director, will review and up-date the Policy as often as required.
The organisation and arrangements for implementing this policy are contained within this integrated management system, and will be available for reference, by any employee as required. This Policy will be communicated to all employees. This Policy along with the quality and environmental policies will be reviewed annually at our management review meeting.

- Meeting objectives, and targets set in the Annual Review
The Company believes that:
- Everyone has a responsibility for health and safety. Achievement of annual plans, strategies and high safety performance standards requires personal commitment from all employees.
- Every employee has a legal duty to take reasonable care of themselves, and others they affect, and to co-operate with the implementation of this Policy.
- All injuries and damage to health at work are preventable.
THERE IS NO WORK OF ANY NATURE, REQUIRED TO BE CARRIED OUT BY AN EMPLOYEE OR SUB CONTRACTOR OF HARD ANODISING SURFACE TREATMENTS LTD, THAT CANNOT BE DONE IN A SAFE AND PROPER MANNER
To ensure the requirement laid out in the integrated management system are met, this policy and its obligations are communicated to all employees and is available to other interested parties on request.
